Performance stages
High flow air filter – performance exhaust system – programming (or better yet : dyno calibration!)
Stage 1 allows air to circulate better in the engine and inject more fuel, which significantly increases power and torque. We increase the flow at the inlet with a high-capacity air filter and allow the air to exit more easily through a high-performance exhaust system. Finally, we ensure that the fuel supply is sufficient following these modifications with new programming of the on-board computer.
No internal engine modifications are required in Stage 1.
Camshafts
Different configurations available, from ¨Mild to Wild¨ for Twin-Cam, Milwaukee Eight engines and Indian motorcycles.
We offer S&S, Wood, Zipper’s Redshift, Andrews, Cycle-Rama, Star Racing, Ward and Feuling cams.
Increased Cylinder Capacity (Big Bore)
In stage 3, we bore the cylinders and change the pistons.
Our powerful and reliable 107 cubic inch TwinCam AMS is renowned for its best power/price ratio available.
For TwinCam or Milwaukee 8 engines, we have configurations up to 143 pc. Dealer pistons CP Carrillo, JE Pistons, Revolution Performance, Wiseco and S&S.
Ported Heads
In Stage 4, we improve the quantity and velocity of air flowing through the engine by modifying the components of the engine heads (ports/flows, oversized valves including Nascar valve springs) and adding a larger ”throttle body”.
