What's a dynamometer?

The dynamometer is a performance diagnostic tool that lets you measure your bike’s rear-wheel power, torque, speed, and engine RPM accurately and all at once. To do this, we just need to ride your bike on our stationary platform while we collect the data.

Our Dyno is also equipped with exhaust gas sensors that allow us to accurately measure the air/fuel ratio and optimize it. This way, we get the precise tuning needed after mechanical modifications and tailored to each person’s specific use.

Overall, putting your bike on the Dyno gives you access to a treasure trove of valuable information. It’s not just about measuring torque and power at different speeds; it’s actually a full diagnostic tool that reveals the many sides of your bike’s performance. A tune-up is highly recommended, even necessary, after making mechanical changes.

Our experts specialize in tuning through what’s called ‘flash’ programming, where we program your bike’s ECU directly. We mainly use Techno-Research Direct Link, Dynojet PowerVision, or Woolich Racing. Plus, you can count on us to help if you go for an added or ‘piggyback’ system like the PowerCommander.

Electronic fuel injection programming

Programming for Stage 1, 2, 3, or 4 modifications to your Harley, or simply adding a performance exhaust to your sport bike. Regarding Harleys, our programming is compatible with all performance parts brands, not just Screamin' Eagle. If you decide to modify your motorcycle, good news! The license is reusable. Whether with Techno Research Direct Link, Dynojet PowerVision, or Woolich Racing, we can access the parameters to unlock your motorcycle's full potential..
Tuning

Calibration is performed on the dynamometer, it mainly consists of adjusting the air/fuel mixture (AFR), timing, as well as engine operating parameters.Results (power and torque) will be printed before and after tuning.

High-flow air filter – high-performance exhaust system – programming (or even better, calibration on a dyno!)

Installing a Stage 1 kit allows for better airflow through the engine and increased fuel injection, significantly boosting power and torque. This is achieved by increasing intake airflow with a high-capacity air filter and facilitating exhaust flow with a high-performance exhaust system. The engine control unit (ECU) is then reprogrammed to ensure sufficient fuel delivery after these modifications. No internal engine modifications are required for Stage 1.

Camshaft

Various configurations are available, from mild to wild, for Twin-Cam, Milwaukee-Eight, and Indian engines.

We offer cams from S&S, Wood, Zipper’s Redshift, Andrews, Cycle-Rama, Star Racing, Ward, and Feuling.

Increased Engine Displacement (Big Bore)

In Stage 3, we bore out the cylinders and replace the pistons.

Our powerful and reliable TwinCam AMS 107 cubic inch engine is renowned; it offers the best power-to-price ratio available.

For TwinCam or Milwaukee 8 engines, we have configurations up to 143 cubic inches. We are an authorized dealer for CP Carrillo, JE Pistons, Revolution Performance, Wiseco, and S&S pistons.

Engine heads

In Stage 4, we improve the quantity and velocity of air flowing through the engine by modifying the cylinder head components (ports/flow, oversized valves including NASCAR valve springs) and adding a larger throttle body.
