In-Store Pickup and Liability
All items purchased from Andremotosport.com must be picked up in-store at 1480 rue Centrale, Sainte-Catherine, J5C 1G5, as soon as possible after receiving the email confirming that the items are ready. After the items have been picked up, Andremotosport.com and André Moto Sport Inc. are no longer responsible for the items, and any damage or loss must be assumed by the buyer.
Product Descriptions
The descriptions and photos of Andremotosport.com products strive to be as accurate as possible. However, André Moto Sport Inc. Andremotosport.com does not guarantee that product descriptions, photos, or any other content on the Andremotosport.com website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Andremotosport.com is not as described or illustrated, your sole remedy is to return it to the store in unused condition.
Prices
Unless otherwise stated, the “list price” displayed for products on our website represents the total price indicated on the product itself, suggested by the manufacturer or supplier, or estimated according to standard industry practice. The “list price” is an estimate of the comparative price and may or may not represent the price in effect in each location on any given day. For certain items sold as a set, the “list price” may represent “open stock” prices, which are the sum of the manufacturer’s estimated or suggested retail price for each item included in the set.When an item is offered for sale by one of our merchants, the “list price” may be provided by the merchant.
As for items sold by Andremotosport.com, we cannot confirm an item’s price until you place your order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of items in our catalog may be mispriced. If an item’s correct price is higher than the displayed price, we may, at our discretion, contact you for instructions before pickup or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
All prices are subject to change. Andremotosport.com reserves the right to make adjustments to prices and product offerings for reasons including, but not limited to, changing market conditions, product discontinuation, product unavailability, manufacturer price changes, and errors in advertisements. All orders are subject to product availability; consequently, Andremotosport.com cannot guarantee that it will be able to fulfill all orders. A refund will be issued if an order cannot be fulfilled.
Stock Availability
Since the inventory for our online store is shared with that of our physical store, the availability displayed on the website may not always be accurate. In the event that an order is placed for an item we do not have in stock, the customer will be notified and given the option to receive a refund or to wait until the item is back in stock.
