What's a dynamometer?

The dynamometer is a performance diagnostic tool that lets you measure your bike’s rear-wheel power, torque, speed, and engine RPM accurately and all at once. To do this, we just need to ride your bike on our stationary platform while we collect the data.

ELECTRONIC INJECTION PROGRAMMING

Have stage 1, 2, 3, or 4 modifications programmed on your Harley! Our Harley tuning works with all performance parts brands, not just Screaming Eagle. In case you decide to make modifications to your bike, good news! The license is reusable. Whether it's with Techno Research Direct Link, Dynojet PowerVision, or Woolich Racing, we can access the settings to unlock your bike's full potential.
TUNING

Tuning is done on the dynamometer. It mainly involves adjusting the air/fuel mixture (AFR), the timing, and all the engine's operating parameters. The printed results (power and torque) before and after tuning are also included.

Filtre à air haut débit – système d’échappement performant – programmation (ou mieux encore calibration sur dyno !)

L’installation d’un Stage 1 permet à l’air de mieux circuler dans le moteur et d’y injecter plus d’essence, ce qui en somme augmente significativement la puissance et le couple. On augmente le débit à l’entrée avec un filtre à air haute capacité et on permet à l’air de sortir plus facilement par un système d’échappement performant. On s’assure ensuite que l’apport d’essence est suffisant avec une nouvelle programmation de l’ordinateur de bord. Aucune modification interne du moteur n’est nécessaire en stage 1.

Arbres à cams

Différentes configurations sont disponibles, de ¨Mild à Wild¨, pour les moteurs Twin-Cam, Milwaukee Eight ainsi que Indian.

Nous offrons les cams S&S, Wood, Zipper’s Redshift, Andrews, Cycle-Rama, Star Racing, Ward ainsi que Feuling.

Augmentation de la Cylindré (Big Bore)

En stage 3, on perce les cylindres (alésage) puis on change les pistons.

Notre ‘’recette’’ de TwinCam AMS 107 pouce cube puissant et fiable est reconnue, il s’agit du meilleur rapport puissance/prix disponible.

Pour les moteurs TwinCam ou Milwaukee 8, nous avons des configurations jusqu’à 143 pc. Nous sommes dépositaire pistons CP Carrillo, JE Pistons, Revolution Performance, Wiseco, S&S.

Têtes travaillées

En Stage 4, on améliore la quantité et la vélocité de l’air qui circule dans le moteur en modifiant les composantes des têtes de moteur (portées/flowées, valves surdimensionnées incluant Nascar valve springs) et nous ajoutons un plus gros ”throttle body”.

Our experts specialize in tuning through what’s called ‘flash’ programming, where we program your bike’s ECU directly. We mainly use Techno-Research Direct Link, Dynojet PowerVision, or Woolich Racing. Plus, you can count on us to help if you go for an added or ‘piggyback’ system like the PowerCommander.
